Project Spotlight: Childhood Obesity 360 TUFTS Study

fast food, child health, obesity study, messaging campaign

Childhood Obesity 360 TUFTS was a pilot study to inform the development of a national messaging campaign aimed at improving child health specific to food consumed in Quick Service Restaurants. The study was structured with one community serving as the intervention location, and another as the control. Previously collected baseline data was followed up with a messaging campaign, after which a post-campaign data collection initiative sought to assess the impact of the messaging campaign.

Headway Workforce Solutions was proud to support this project in May of 2016 with the provision of field data collection staff.
