Voluntary Benefits Plans
- Full Time Eligibility*:
- All full-time employees working 30+ hours/week become eligible for coverage the first of the month after 30 days.
- For eligible plans, you may elect coverage for your spouse and your child(ren) up to age 26 (regardless of student status).
- To become full-time eligible, an employee must work 1,440 hours in an 11-month lookback period with Headway, after which they will be notified of their full-time eligibility and will be offered to enroll in our Aetna and/or Sun Life coverages.

401K Plan
- Eligibility:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Full-Time: Eligible for enrollment after 6 months of employment.
- Variable Hour/Part-Time: will need to meet the service/hour requirement of 1,000 hours worked in your first year to meet eligibility.
