Join a growing and diverse data collection team! On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is searching for Part-Time Data Collectors. Part-Time Data Collectors are at the core of our client’s business. You will provide the competitive pricing information our client needs to drive successful pricing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to use your SMARTPHONE device (iPhone) to record and transmit product codes and prices in grocery stores, pharmacies, and mass merchants.

What We Require from Our Part-Time Data Collectors
Must be 18+
Preferably, you have some retail experience and a high school diploma, or an equivalent combination of the two
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work 4-6 hours per week with scheduling flexibility
Preferred Availability: Wednesday & Thursday
Take proper care of all materials or equipment provided by the company & return them upon completion of the project
Comfortable with using a SMARTPHONE device
You must dress retail professionally: Wear clean clothing, pants without holes, closed toe shoes
Communicate proactively

Field Interviewer

Nashville
Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Field
Interviewers on behalf of our client in the Nashville area. Applicants within an approximate 50-mile radius of this location may be
considered. As a Field Interviewer, you will conduct interviews with
parents and children and collect measurements on-site supporting the Mobility
Opportunity Vouchers to Eliminate Disparities (MOVED) study which focuses on
assessing the effectiveness of programs to lower poverty by providing
assistance to families to move to areas with greater opportunities. In
addition to conducting survey interviews, the data collection will include
taking height and weight, blood pressure, and providing participants with
self-administered A1c blood tests and accelerometer's (a.k.a. step counters). This is a
multi-year study.
This is a
part-time position and applicants must be available at least 20 hours
per week up to 40 hours per week based on availability of work. Applicants must
be available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends when Respondents
will be available and must be available to attend project training. A tablet,
keyboard and phone will be provided and is for use only on this assignment. The
compensation for this position is based on your location and follows the
Service Contract Act (SCA) rates. The SCA Rate for Davidson County is $18.35 per hour, plus a $4.98 per hour Health &
Welfare stipend.

Elections Assistant - Voter Registration/Absentee
$17-$18/hr
Raleigh
On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Elections Assistants in Raleigh, North Carolina. As a Elections Assistant, you will perform administrative tasks related to the voter registration system. The pay for this position is $17-$18 per hour.
Responsibilities of an Elections Assistant:
· Perform administrative tasks related to the voter registration system.
· Data entry of voter registration forms and absentee ballot request forms.
· Verification of other employee’s data entry by visual review.
· Scan forms using document scanners.
· Process and sort incoming mail and documents received over the counter.
· Customer service (in-person, telephone), answering incoming calls and solving election related questions.
· Log outgoing and incoming absentee ballot mailings in computer system.
· Assemble and package Absentee By Mail Envelopes.
· Fold and stuff outgoing mailings.
· Other clerical duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
· Must be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the US.
· Must be available to work full day and must be able to work up to 50-60 hour work week (including weekends) during election season.
· Must be able to type (a data entry assessment is required).
· Excellent customer service.
· Organization and attention to detail.
· Ability to learn election laws and processes and explain them to customers.
· Flexibility to perform different tasks throughout the day.
· Ability to maintain focus while doing repetitive tasks.
· Ability to lift up to 20 pounds (e.g. mail bins, stacks of forms or envelopes).
· Must maintain confidentiality of voter information and sign a confidentiality statement before being hired.
