Headway Hospitality is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Admin Coordinator for our client in the New York City, NY area! Headway Hospitality focuses on providing high-quality workers to clients through Headway’s proprietary recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce management practices. This position offers $29.32/hour - $30.32/hour.

As an Admin Coordinator, you will:
  • Oversees day-to-day operations of the Adult Education office
  • Provides information to office visitors or calls
  • Provides calendar support to the office
  • Creates a filing system and managing all paperwork filing for the department
  • Maintains and closes office
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative role

Additional Requirements:

  • Ability to work 32 hours per week. (4 days a week, Monday-Thursday 12:30pm - 8:30pm, all in office no hybrid)
