Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking experienced Warehouse Associates for our client in the Gastonia, NC area! Headway Hospitality focuses on providing high-quality workers to clients through Headway’s proprietary recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce management practices. This position offers $16.70/hr. - $17.70/hr. for 2nd shift. Shift is Sunday - Wednesday 4:30pm-1:00am, 40 - hour work week with potential overtime. The pay range for this position is $15.00-$16.00/hour. Shifts are available from early morning to late nights, including weekends. Excellent performance during this time may provide an opportunity to renew employment and/or advance. As a Cook, you will: Execute the production of recipes required to fulfill the menu. Requisition products needed to produce recipes. Help check in, store, and move food supplies prior to and during production. Work with front of house staff to serve food and coordinate the flow of food from production to customers. Keep track of food levels and orders during meal time to ensure timely service. Enter necessary data information into C-Bord food production system, if necessary, in the absence of a supervising chef. At local universities, positions will be based on skill and experience. The pay range for this position is $13.67-$14.67/hour. As a Dishwasher, you will: Work at a three-compartment sink. Help in washing dishes, glassware & serving utensils, bowls, pots & pans, using conveyor belt machine or by hand, ensuring they are cleaned and sanitized. Maintain the flow of dish room by having a steady supply of clean dishes, utensils, and glassware ready for use. Assist as needed in the beverage and dining area with restocking and cleaning, maintain and restock all public restrooms in the facility and remove all trash, and sweep and mop at the end of the shift. Assist in checking in food stock items, breaking down pallets, and putting away food stock in a timely fashion. Place received items in appropriate storage areas.
