Catering Driver
$15.69/hr. - $16.69/hr.
Raleigh
Headway Hospitality, a division of Headway Workforce Solutions, is currently seeking a Catering Driver to work at a local university in Raleigh, North Carolina area! At local universities, positions will be based on skill and experience. Pay for this position is $15.59/hr. - $16.69/hr. The schedule will vary from week to week, and would mostly consist of working nights and weekends. 40 hours a week. This position is temporary with the potential for renewed employment and/or advancement potential.
As a Catering Driver, you will:
Transport, food, equipment and staff for Rave Catering
Pick up prepared foods and deliver them to campus retail locations
Transport campus supplies within Campus Enterprises departments
Load and off-load cargo for delivery or pick up
Assist in pulling inventory to be delivered
Other duties as assigned to ensure NC State Dining business needs are met. Position may be asked to assist in other locations as necessary
Requirements of a Catering Driver:
High School Diploma or equivalency
Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work will also be considered
Experience in a similar capacity
Safely drive on campus with attention to details for public safety
North Carolina Driver’s License with no restrictions and a clean driving record
Requires a motor vehicle/driving check
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience driving a box truck
Must work on a set scheduled time-line
Provide exemplary customer service to every guest
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, supervisors, and peers
Ability to follow written and/or verbal instructions
Excellence in completing all tasks
Ability to work well as part of a team

Part-Time Data Collectors are at the core of our client’s business. You will provide the competitive pricing information our client needs to drive successful pricing strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to use your SMARTPHONE device (iPhone) to record and transmit product codes and prices in grocery stores, pharmacies, and mass merchants.

Take proper care of all materials or equipment provided by the company & return them upon completion of the project
Comfortable with using a SMARTPHONE device
You must dress retail professionally: Wear clean clothing, pants without holes, closed toe shoes

This part-time position requires interviewing people face-to-face and working daytime, evening and weekend hours, driving to and from the field interviewing sites (mileage reimbursed at federal mileage rate), walking, and climbing stairs. This is an hourly non-benefited position.
Candidates must be available for a virtual training on January 29th through February 2nd, 2024. This is a mandatory paid training.
As a Part-Time Bilingual Field Interviewer, you will:
Drive to designated addresses to conduct a brief in-person interview
Use a tablet to conduct the interview and enter information provided by respondents and transmitting data back to the home office daily
Meet with supervisor regularly both by phone and in-person
Encourage participation in the study
