Remote Part-time Bilingual French Telephone Interviewer
$14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Remote
On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce
Solutions is currently seeking Remote Interviewers to work from home as Bilingual French Telephone
Interviewers. Interviewers will call health plans to ask questions over the
telephone about benefits and coverage as part of a quality control evaluation.
The pay for this position is $15.00 per hour, interviewers.
Bilingual French Telephone Interviewer will be asked to work at least 20 hours of work per
week.
The position for staff, will go from January 2024 through May 2024. There
is a required paid training that will begin January 15, 2024. Training will be
a combination of at-home study and webinar.
As a Bilingual French Telephone Interviewer, you
will:
Complete and
pass all training activities in a timely a manner
Contact health
plan call centers across the country to help Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluate healthcare compliance
Be on the phone
the full shift and be comfortable making a high volume of calls with
specific time constraints
Read the
questions clearly and verbatim to the participant
Accurately
record outcomes and issues
Receive and
apply feedback on interviewing skills and project protocols.
Position Qualifications:
Ability to
read, speak, and write English and French fluently (all training is conducted and
prepared in English)
Telephone
Interviewing experience, at least 6 months (preferably in a Research
setting or conducting calls with scripted telephone etiquette)
Strong
attention to detail with ability to capture information quickly while
conversing
Past experience
using technology as part of their day-to-day tasks (preferred experience
in collecting data using computer-assisted interviewing).
High school
diploma or GED required

Part-Time Classroom Observer
$20 - $25/hr dependent on experience

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking Part-Time Classroom Observers to assist with data collection for an evaluation of Positive Emotional Development and Learning Skills (PEDALS) program, a research project. Classroom Observers will observe teacher-child interactions in early childhood education settings throughout the Detroit, MI area and attend periodic virtual team meetings. All observations will be conducted in-person for 2-3 weeks in the Winter of 2024 (January-February). Data collectors are required to attend virtual trainings prior to each round of data collection, tentatively scheduled to occur in January 2024.
The pay rate for this position starts at $20 per hour and will vary dependent upon experience.
Requirements of a Part-Time Classroom Observer:
Available to work weekdays during school hours. Most observations will occur approximately 8:00am – 12:00pm
Work 10 - 20 hours per week for each round of data collection
Travel to designated observation locations (mileage and tolls will be reimbursed)
Comfortable working in a preschool setting
Adhere to rigorous assessment and observation protocols
Use of personal laptop, including MS Word and Excel, and apply basic computer skills to conduct data collection activities
Motivated, self-starter, comfortable working independently and on a team
Exceptional time-management, organizational and record keeping skills required
Successfully complete mandatory, paid, virtual training (dates TBD)
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
Follow safety procedures and the local and state guidelines related to COVID-19
Successful completion of mandatory trainings
Pass verified reference checks, a DMV background check, criminal background checks including Megan’s Law, and any additional background checks required by school districts as applicable.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or professional experience in child development, developmental psychology, social work, early childhood education, or other field related to early childhood development is preferred
Prior experience observing, teaching, or working with young children from infancy to age 5 years is preferred
Successful candidates will be organized, professional, on time, thorough, and possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, and able to remain impartial during observations.
