Survey Research Intercept Interviewer

On behalf of our client,
Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking outgoing and motivated Survey
Research Intercept Interviewers to conduct on-site face-to-face brief interviews
with shoppers at select stores in Columbus OH. Pay rate for this position to be
determined. Project set to start in June 2024.
You will receive full,
paid virtual training and support while in the field. Interviewers must be
persuasive, energetic, friendly, and self-motivated, but also organized and detail
oriented.
Responsibilities of an
Intercept Interviewer:
Attend
a paid virtual training using MS Teams
Intercept
and engage shoppers at the store and complete an in-person interview using
an iPad, and asking them about their shopping experience
Keep
respondent information and survey details confidential
Follow
all project specifications and best practices for survey research
Be
professional and friendly at all times when conducting the surveys
Complete
all other tasks as assigned
Dress
code – a company-provided polo shirt, lanyard with credentials, black slacks
(no jeans) and comfortable walking shoes.

Must
be at least 18 years old
High school

Field Data Collector

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Field Data Collector to work on-site at the Charlotte Douglas International Airport in Charlotte, North Carolina. This position is part-time and requires availability to work up to 8 hours per day, including evenings for international flights departing late in the day and evening.
As a Field Data Collector, you will distribute and collect surveys from a sample of flights for a total assigned monthly total of about 170 completed surveys per month. The survey is a self-administered, 15-minute questionnaire. The same questionnaire is provided to both US residents and non-residents, including passengers whose first language is other than English (foreign language surveys will be provided). The pay rate for this position is $20/hour, plus earn an extra $5/hour bonus if monthly objectives are met for all hours worked during each month.
About the Survey of International Air Travelers (SIAT):
The Survey of International Air Travelers (SIAT) is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Travel and Tourism Office (NTTO). The purpose of this project is to meet the growing need for information on the volume, characteristics, and travel patterns of international air travelers to and from the United States. The SIAT is an ongoing program that was started in 1983, with CLT starting in 2014. Data is collected on a monthly basis. The program is currently operational at 29 US gateways, in addition to the In-Flight program which collects data onboard several airlines.
Responsibilities of a Field Data Collector:
Distribute and collect surveys from a sample of flights for a total assigned monthly quota of about 170 completed surveys per month
Engage with the community
The survey is a self-administered, 15-minute questionnaire. The same questionnaire is provided to both US residents and non-residents, including passengers whose first language is other than English (foreign language surveys will be provided)
Field staff will arrive at the departure gate 2 hours prior to departure time to begin distributing surveys
Encourage air travelers to partake in the survey
Be available to work up to 8 days per month, 8 hours per day
All other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:

Field Interviewer

Looking for Bilingual and Non-Bilingual Field Interviewers!
Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Field Interviewers on behalf of our client in the Minneapolis, MN (Hennepin County) area. Applicants within an approximate 50-mile radius of this location may be considered. As a Field Interviewer, you will conduct study enrollment interviews supporting the Parents Empowering Parents (PEP) study, which primarily focuses on assessing the effectiveness of services provided to parents involved with child welfare who have substance use disorder (SUD), an active child welfare case with an assessment that the children are not currently endangered and they are working to address the areas of concern that caused the case to be initiated. This is a multi-year study that includes a 45-minute interviewer-administered baseline survey, plus another similar follow-up survey approximately 15 months later.
This is a part-time position and applicants must be available at least 20 hours per week up to 40 hours per week based on availability of work. Applicants must be available to work a combination of weekdays and weekends when Respondents will be available and must be available to attend a remote project training. A tablet, keyboard and phone will be provided and is for use only on this assignment. The compensation for this position is based on your location and follows the Service Contract Act (SCA) rates. The SCA Rate for Hennepin County is $22.81 per hour, plus a $4.98 per hour Health & Welfare stipend.
Responsibilities of a Field Interviewer:
Follow all project specifications and protocols
Administer and collect study informed consent, including answering any questions respondents may have about the study
Conduct computer-based interviews by phone and in-person with a high degree of accuracy and integrity
Issue and track respondent payments in the form of a $40 Visa gift card
Conduct locating activities online and in-person when Respondents are difficult to reach
Regularly report to assigned Field Manager
Exercise courtesy and professionalism to all Respondents
Maintain confidentiality of all collected data

Two years of experience interviewing or in customer service

The ability to speak with Respondents using a tablet and keyboard to record responses

On behalf of our client, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Information Tech Assistants As an Information Tech Assistant, you will install, configure, and update election software on 300+ laptops. The pay for this position is $19-$20 per hour.
Responsibilities of an Information Tech Assistant:
· Install, configure and update election software on 300+ laptops.
· Test desktop printers and resupply with paper and toner.
· Test voting equipment and document results for official record.
· Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripheral issues.
· Prepare peripherals for dispatch to voting locations (printers, barcode scanners, mice) including packing and custody control.
· Assist with setting up cabling and technical infrastructure at Early Voting Sites and BOE Training Rooms.
· Provide on-site technical support during election training and during Early Voting.
· Provide on-site and telephone technical support to voting locations during voting periods.
· Setup computer workstations for office staff.
· Periodically audit and inventory office tech supplies.
· Assist with basic software and programming related tasks.
· Process and resolve Helpdesk technical support tickets.
· Assist in reconciliation after each election.
· Must be available to work full days and must be able to work up to 50-60 hour work week (including weekends) during the election season.
· Must maintain confidentiality of voter information and sign a confidentiality statement before being hired.
Qualifications & Requirements:
