As a Brand Ambassador , you will help promote the client’s products, messaging, and image by interacting with conference attendees. The pay for this position is range $18.50 to $19.00 per hour. Part-time Test Administrator

Seeking Reading Test Administrators! Headway Workforce Solutions is seeking Reading Test Administrator to work on a national evaluation of an early reading program in the North Thurston, WA area. Reading Test Administrators will conduct assessments of 2nd grade students reading skills in elementary schools in North Thurston, WA. In addition, test administrators may be asked to assist in collecting parental consent forms from schools. Individuals who have experience working with young children between the ages of 5-8 are encouraged to apply, especially retired teachers and substitute teachers! Position Specifics This position will begin with an in-person training the week of April 8 in North Thurston, WA on how to administer the Woodcock Reading Mastery Test, 3rd Edition, followed immediately by one day of practice. Testing will tentatively begin on April 15th and continue through April 26th. Please note, that testing may end early. Reading Test Administrators should expect 20-35 hours of work each week during daytime school hours. Candidates must be willing to travel to local schools and work as part of a team. Qualified candidates must be available to commit for the entire length of the testing window. Reading Test Administrators will only be hired if they pass all required background checks and pass a simple study-created certification test on administering the Woodcock Reading Mastery Test. Bilingual Mandarin Part-time Team Lead

Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking an experienced Bilingual Mandarin/English Team Lead to work remotely. The Team Lead will spend part of their time calling health plans to ask questions over the telephone about benefits and coverage as part of a quality control evaluation and providing support to Interviewers. The starting base pay for this position is $17.00 per hour. Team Leads who have experience conducting telephone surveys and leading or supervising the work of others would be considered for a higher hourly pay rate. Team Leads will be asked to work at least 20 hours of work per week, including possible weekend shifts. The position for most staff, especially Bilingual staff, will go from March, 2024 through May 24th, 2024. There is a possibility to extend the position depending on project availability and overall performance. There is required paid training for this position. Training will be a combination of at-home study and webinar.
